Day 11 of our 21 day fast and I'm truly enjoying the time I get to spend with God! 💕.
My journal is exploding with daily entries and my spirit is high this January! God has challenged me to give Him 3 weeks of January and He will take care of the rest of the year; just as He promised in Matthew 6:33 "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you."

Many people and things to pray for and goals to meet in 2022, so 3 weeks out 52 is not a big sacrifice really 😊. I pray my brothers and sisters are hanging in there as we do this together! 🙏

One of the best comfort foods I make is garlic fried rice!

As a #🇵🇭🇨🇦 , one of the best things in life, is making a good bowl of fried rice. This time, I upped the game by adding another one of my faves to it, fresh chopped parsley and ohmahgah 😲, its soooo delish!

To make my version of garlic parsley rice, simply sautee fresh minced garlic with butter on med heat, then add rice, seasoning and when ready, add parsley last! 👌.

Rest days are good for our mental health.

It is imperative that we learn to find time to rest; physically, mentally, and spiritually. There is only so much we can do for our loved ones, for our financial needs, or for ourselves.

Our ways are limited; but God's is not. Finding Rest in the Lord gives us the maturity to know of our limitations and understand God's unlimited strength and capabilities. For His strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Cor 12:9).

So find your rest...and when you do, rest in Him! Gos bless y'all! ☺.

I am reminded today that even without my realization, that God has stayed faithful to His promises. He takes care of my needs as I sleep, as I get caught up with my busy schedules or just sometimes being plainly forgetful. But the Lord is good, and today, was a nice reminder that He has been in constant watch over me and my family.

My petitions have been heard and I am confident with His capabilities. My prayers have been placed in His inbox and am ready to wait on Him.

I've been off the saddle for 2 weeks now since my bike was rendered unusable from its crash. Parts are slowly coming in for the fix and my #supacaz bar tape from #labicicletta just arrived and I'm super excited! Especially loved the personal note in the carefully packaged order too! 👍.

Now patiently waiting for the new rims so me and my girl can get back on the road! 🚴‍♀️💕 It's like christmas in June and I'm gettin' a new 🚲 with these upgrades! 😍 Special thanks to the hubs for the financial assist! 🤣😘. @huskycruzer
